Experience Cloud - Password Reset
How to Reset your Experience Cloud Password
This document explains how you can reset or obtain a new password using the Forgot Password function.
Follow the following steps
- Open a browser (chrome or edge etc) and type in your server name (example https://myserver.emax.cloud)
- Click on the link next to Manage my Account: Click Here
- Click on the Forgot Password tab and enter your Experience Cloud Username
- Click on Continue and follow the on-screen instructions
Note that your new password needs to be 10 characters in length, with an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and number and a special character.
